Cancellations and Refunds
All payments for services must be paid in full before the appointment. Styling packages are final sale and nonrefundable. A 48 hour grace period will be given for any styling service after purchasing. Should you change your mind for any reason during that time, a full refund will be provided minus applicable credit card processing fees and any styling fee associated with services that were completed during the time.
If for any reason, the client is unable to make the confirmed date of any service, Zoé will happily reschedule the service on a mutually agreed date with client.
Covid-19 + Safety
We are taking Covid very seriously. If your styling package includes in-person sessions, Zoé will will arrive with a mask on, and always sanitize her hands throughout the session.
She will only meet if she and her household are completely healthy. If she or anyone in her household show symptoms two weeks prior to your appointment, she will obtain a negative test before meeting, or reschedule for two weeks after symptoms were present. We also ask that you follow the same protocols.
Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important, and Zoé takes pride in her ability to provide choices that you will love and wear based on the research to get to know you and your needs.
If the client is unsatisfied with a service, they have the right to discuss their complaint with Zoé and an agreed resolution will be discussed where both parties are happy.
